RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

At Shree Sakhi Creations, each Laddu Gopal Poshak is handcrafted with devotion and attention to detail. We are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening.
• The complete unboxing process.
• The product received inside the package.

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• The unboxing video
• Description of the issue

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• The replacement request must be approved by our team before returning the product.

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Gift cards.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Shree Sakhi Creations.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
